Today I can be very proud of myself, and I can say that one of my biggest dreams ever came true : Since I created my business in 2014, I wanted to make a living on it, and it’s done ! Thanks to my various activities.

I’m so happy that my vintage clothing range  gets a lot of love !

Alslo with my husband we invested in a laser cutting machine, and we launched a new range of decoration items.

You have been able to see our first collection of retro, Geek and US inspired items this fall on our stand at vintage markets and conventions. We will make a lot of new items in 2019.

Want to meet us ? Check out the calendar ! It will be regularly updated !

My blog also attracts more and more readers and this makes me very happy, particularly when it comes to lifestyle posts.

I always wanted to write posts such as « Woman’s day » , my list of 17 tips to be elegant,, or what I’m thinking of polka dots.

But the problem was that I used to be too shy to write these posts. I was afraid of being bashed and insulted by people who don’t agree with me.
I am very happy to finally dare to write them. Even if not everyone agrees with me, they are the most popular posts on my blog.
I will write new ones this year, mostly about fashion.

Fashion and personal life

This year has been very special. I evolved a lot in the vintage fashion world. I found the style I liked the most, and I have a satisfying wardrobe.
By the way I took a lot of resolutions regarding clothes, particularly when it comes to quantity. I don’t have as many pieces as I used to, and I feel way better. When I don’t wear something anymore, I sell it and buy something else. So I’m never getting bored of my wardrobe, and I don’t have useless stuff either.

I have learned a lot from my past mistakes, and to me it is better to have less clothes and wear them a lot, than a huge pile of useless clothing.

Lets talk about travel ! This year we went to the UK twice, in june and november. We got ce qui concerne les voyages a lot of lovely vintage pieces for you, and we are very happy that you loved them ! They are almost all sold out !
And for my birthday we went to see our first musical ever :  Hadestown, a modern version of the Greek myth of Orpheus and Eurydice, in a jazz style.
Starring Reeve Carney as the beautiful and adorable Orpheus, and Patrick Page who makes the most elegant Hades.
We loved it so much that we went back to see it on January 8th, spending another few days in London ! (and of course we grabbed some nice british vintage on the way !)

I strongly recommend to everyone to see Hadestown, because it is a real masterpiece and if you see it, you will want to see it again !

What ? You don’t like jazz ? Jazz is the best !  (*•̀ᴗ•́*)و ̑̑

No big trip planned for the moment, because we did something very important with Julien : we bought a house ! We still have a few things to do until it is perfect. I will finally have the interior decoration I always wanted !  (* >ω<)

And last thing, one of the most special things that happened this year : The Miss Pin-Up adventure !

I have been very surprised to be elected first runner up of Miss Pin-Up Grand Est in june, and I then I got even more surprised when I got the Judges Favorite Miss Pin-Up France at the national contest in october !
All of this seemed so unrealistic to me, it was hard to believe.

It was a very interesting and I learned a lot from this contest. I see a lot of girls on social media who are too afraid to participate, because they lack of self confidence. But you should not hesitate. Even if you don’t win, you will make a lot of new friends and meet new people, which is already great !

I wish everyone a happy new year, and see you soon for our new adventures !
